A Note on European Travel

Do you have existing reservations in Europe for later in the summer, perhaps that you made prior to the virus crisis? Please note that most European countries at this time will not let you in unless you are considered “Essential Travel”. This was brought home to me just this past week as the hotel I was due to stay at in Munich emailed me reminding me about the restrictions, and asking if my plans fell under the guidelines. Sadly, since I was going there to turn 50 (fifty!) on my May birthday in a Biergarten, they did not so I was forced to cancel. If you are holding out hope for that European holiday in June, July, or August, something to keep in mind!
